Namaz Ko (Ba Jamaat) Choor Dene Ka Biyan.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (R.A) se rewayat hai ke Sarware Qunaaain (S.A.W) ne farmaya qasam hai us zaat ki jis ke qabze main meri jaan hai mene irada kya ke (Kisi khadim ko) lakriyaan jama karne ka hukum doon aur jab lakriyaan jama hu jaeen to (Isha ki namaz) ke lye azaan kehne ka hukum doon aur azaan jab hu jaee to logo ko namaz parhane ke lye kisi shakhs ko mamoor (Muqarrar) karun aur phir main un logo ki taraf jaun (Ju baghair kisi mathlab ke namaz ke lye jamat main shamil nahin hute aur phir unhain achanak se pakrun).
Ek riwayat ke ye alfaaz hain (Ke ap (S.A.W) ne farmaya un logo ki taraf jaun ju namaz main hazir nahin hute aur 'unke gharon ko jala doon'.Hazrat Ibne Abas (R.A) se rawi hai ke Sarware Qunaain (S.A.W) ne farmaya ju shakhs azaan kehne wale (Yani Muazzan) ki azaan sune aur muazzan ki tabedari (Yani masjid phonch kar jamat main shareek hune) se use koi uzur na roke. Logo ne pocha uzur kya hai? Farmaya ke dushman se darna, bemari, to us ki namaz ju baghair jamaat (Agerche masjid main hi parhe) jamaat ke sath qabool nahin ki jati. (Abu Dawood, Dar Qatni) yani us ko jamaat se parhne ka sawaab nahin milta.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (R.A) se rawi hai ke Sarware Qunaain (S.A.W) ne farmaya ke ager ghar main aurtain aur bache na hute to main Isha ki namaz qaim kar ke khadmoon ko hukum deta ke (Ju log namaz main hazir nahin huwe unke) ghar baar aag main jala dye jain. (Ahmed)
Gharz namaz ke lye jamaat mukammal hai aur is main shirkat wajib hai isi lye bila uzur sharyi is ko tark (Qaim na karna) dusrust nahin hai, is se namaz kamil nahin huti.Khud bhi is cheez ka dehaan rakhiye aur dusrun ko bhi bataiye...(Jazak Allahu Khaira)
